Right of Withdrawal
If you qualify as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. You do not need to wait for delivery either: you may exercise this right at any time between concluding the contract and receiving the product.
How can you exercise your right of withdrawal?
By a clear written statement to that effect (e.g. by email).
By completing and sending the withdrawal statement template set out in the applicable government decree.
By using the online withdrawal function available on our website – for more details, see our Withdrawal from Contract page.
When does the right of withdrawal not apply?
For perishable goods or goods that keep for only a short period (e.g. freshly roasted, opened coffee).
For sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
For goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised at your request.
Refunds
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the price of the product(s) and the delivery cost without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of becoming aware of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
