We welcome guests looking to relax with apartments of varying sizes and layouts, but consistent quality, spread across three separate buildings.
Depending on their size, the modern apartments have 1-2 separate bedrooms, a living room (with a full sofa bed), a kitchen, a dining area and a private bathroom with a shower. Each apartment has a private balcony and is equipped with air conditioning and a large LCD TV. The equipped kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Our free high-speed internet connection is available 24 hours a day throughout the apartment. Guests can use the wellness area in the basement free of charge.

House Rules
All rooms in the Apartment House are non-smoking. Smoking is possible on the apartments' private balcony or in public areas in the designated area.
Check-in is from 15:00 until 18:00. If you arrive later, please let us know at the reception!
Check out between 08:00 and 10:00. If you wish to leave at a different time, please contact the Receptionist colleagues!
Parking is possible in the private parking lot of the Apartment House or on the street.
Villa Oliver welcomes children. Children up to the age of 3 can stay for free, from the age of 4 we charge a full fee.
Each apartment can accommodate 2-6 people, extra bed is available in some apartments.
The apartment house does not accept pets.
